How do I store this information?
All files are stored on a password-protected network drive
All emails are stored on a password-protected email account
My website uses ‘cookies’ to track patterns of visitor behaviour. You can set your browser to prevent this happening. Any information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you change your browser settings.
My website may use Google Analytics. Google Analytics generates statistical and other information about website use, which are stored on users’ computers. The information generated relating to my website is used to create reports about the use of the website.

How long do I keep this information for?
Your personal data is kept for a minimum of five years to comply with my obligations to HMRC, the UK tax authority.
Files will be kept for the same length of time, but I will be more than happy to delete them sooner if you request this.

The only time your information would be shared is if I am audited by HMRC.
If you agree to write a testimonial for my website or social media accounts, I will obtain your permission in writing to use it, and will only use the name and details you provide.
